Vel is passionate about relating to her clients. Going above and beyond expectations to negotiate the best price possible whether selling or buying, she is reachable and involved in all aspects of the processes. She strives to listen to the needs and desires of her clients.

Vel is a licensed real estate broker and has been selling beautiful homes along the coast mainly in Orange County for over 2 decades where she has resided for over 30 years. Prior to selling real estate she owned a referral based mortgage company where she enjoyed helping many clients buy and refinance their homes. Vel has been in the industry for 30 years. 

She has been married for 33 years and has a daughter. Her other passions are giving back wherever possible. She loves cooking for family and friends, Watercolor painting and running in the back bay.

As a part of Vel's business she is committed to giving back a portion of her commissions to charitable causes.
